What we collect, and why
We collect information only when you give it to us to get a quote, book a vehicle or send us feedback:
- Quote and booking requests — your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the event date, and the details of the trip you are pricing (occasion, number of passengers, hours, vehicle). We use it to answer you, confirm availability and hold a reservation.
- Feedback — your message and, if you include it, a way to reach you. We use it to respond and to improve the service.
- The call-in VIP code — when you click the green button on the quote panel, the code shown to you and the estimate it relates to are sent to our office so that we can honour it when you call. No name is attached unless you give one.
- Phone calls — if you call or text 913-441-2674, we keep the details needed to run your booking in our reservation system.
How it is handled
Form submissions are sent by email to our office at [email protected]. The website itself does not keep a customer database; the information lives in our office mailbox and, once you book, in our reservation system. We use it to provide the transportation you asked about, to invoice for it and to follow up on the booking. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.
Cookies and your browser
- We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
- If you request a VIP code, your browser stores that code on your own device for up to 30 days so that the same code is shown if you return. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
- The site is served by Cloudflare, which may set cookies needed to keep the site secure and available.
- The map on our home page is provided by Google Maps and the page typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts; both are subject to Google’s privacy policy. The fleet video links to YouTube, which applies its own terms once you leave our site.
- If we add website analytics in future, we will use a privacy-preserving, cookie-free service and update this page.
Who else sees your information
Our own office staff and chauffeurs, as needed to run your trip; Cloudflare, which hosts the website and relays form submissions; and our email provider, which delivers them. Payment details are taken by our office when you book, not through this website.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it for a booking or our records. Email [email protected] or call 913-441-2674. You can also decline to use the online forms and simply phone us.
Children
The website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Bookings for school events and teen celebrations are made by parents or organisers.
Changes to this policy
If the way the website handles information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
