Not every trip needs a limousine. For one to six people going to the airport, a hotel, a meeting or a game, we run a chauffeured car service with the Cadillac XTS, the Escalade ESV and the Yukon Denali — the same professional chauffeurs, the same owned-and-maintained fleet. The Escalade is the most-booked vehicle in this part of our work, and the typical car-service booking is two passengers for a couple of hours or a flat-rate airport run.
Airport car service to MCI
Airport transfers are the largest share of our car-service work — nearly a hundred legs to and from Kansas City International in our recent records, on every major carrier. Departures are a flat rate from your door. For arrivals your chauffeur meets you at the terminal with a sign board; give us the flight number when you book, and if the schedule changes let us know at least two hours before pickup so the car is waiting when you walk out. Private aviation at the Downtown Airport
Passengers flying private through Atlantic Aviation at the Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport book us regularly, both into the city and out to Overland Park, Leawood and Olathe. Tell us the tail number or the operator and the expected wheels-down time and the car will be at the FBO.
Hotels, the Plaza and dinner
The Raphael and the InterContinental on the Plaza, the Loews Kansas City and Hotel Kansas City downtown, and the Cascade Hotel on Wornall are regular pickups. A dinner booking is usually the Escalade or the XTS on an hourly, as-directed basis: restaurant, back to the hotel, no parking and no waiting for a car at the end of the evening.
Game days and concerts by SUV
An Escalade to Arrowhead is the most common single SUV run we do, with Kauffman Stadium and the T-Mobile Center next. Six people, one vehicle, dropped at the gate and collected at an agreed spot afterwards — for a bigger group, see our charter buses.
Corporate and medical appointments
Offices in Overland Park and downtown book the XTS and the Escalade for visiting executives, and families book us for appointments at the University of Kansas Hospital when driving and parking are the last thing they want to think about.
