Group transportation is the largest part of what we do. Our records show well over six hundred completed bus and coach charters in the last three seasons, most of them groups of sixteen to twenty-seven, on charters of about five hours. The vehicles range from a 14-passenger corporate van to a 31-passenger party bus and a 34-seat trolley, and every one is owned, maintained and driven by us from our garage in Bonner Springs.
Conventions, hotels and corporate shuttles
Downtown convention work runs between Bartle Hall, the Loews Kansas City and the Westin Crown Center, which are three of the most frequent addresses in our charter records. We run timed shuttle loops between a hotel and a venue, standing weekly shuttles for downtown offices, and as-directed charters for client groups moving between meetings and dinner. Companies that book more than once move to a billed account rather than handing over a card each time.
Game-day charters
Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadium are the two most common destinations of any bus charter we run — more than eighty trips between them in our recent records. A coach or the party bus takes a full tailgate group from Overland Park, Lenexa or Lee’s Summit to the stadium gate and back with nobody left in a parking lot. Kansas Speedway race weekends and tournament games at the T-Mobile Center work the same way.
Wedding guest shuttles
A guest shuttle keeps a wedding on time: a set loop between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception, sized so nobody waits. The Fairfield Inn in Overland Park and the Hyatt Place at Lenexa City Center are typical guest hotels in our bookings. Most couples pair a shuttle with a stretch limousine or the trolley for the wedding party itself.
Airport groups and out-of-town trips
Teams, conference delegations and family groups book the shuttle or a coach for Kansas City International, with a sign-board meet for arriving groups. We also run day trips out of the metro — university visits to Lawrence, where Capitol Federal Hall on the KU campus is a regular stop, and winery days to Weston and St. Joseph — quoted by the hour with drive time from Bonner Springs included.

Booking a charter
Charters are booked by the hour, as-directed or as a timed shuttle loop. Tell us the headcount, the addresses and the times and we will size the vehicle — or the vehicles, when a group is bigger than one will hold. A 50% prepayment reserves the date; overtime is prorated in half-hour increments; and a change of pickup time or address after booking carries a small administrative charge, so send the final plan when you have it.
