Yes, and it depends on the vehicle. Sedans and SUVs start at two hours, the Sprinter limos and the trolley at three, and the stretch limousines, party buses and coaches at four. The quote tool applies the right minimum for you automatically.
A non-refundable prepayment of at least 50% reserves the vehicle, and the balance is due on or before the day of service. The full reservation terms are on our policies page.
Occasionally, and only for something like a mechanical problem. If it happens we will tell you, and we substitute from our own fleet rather than sending a stranger from another company.
We run throughout the Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line, from our yard in Bonner Springs. Time starts at your first pickup and stops at the last drop-off; pickups or drop-offs outside the metro add travel time, and out-of-town trips are charged round trip.
